Hi, My name is Cindi Buller, Founder and CEO of At The Root Health Coaching. I began my education at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition while on my own health journey. What I discovered is that I needed to take a deeper look at the whole of my life if I was going to achieve optimal health.

Hi there,
I'm cindi buller

About

At the Root envisions a culture where all people are gaining and sustaining a healthy and holistic lifestyle.

Helping people with life and health goal advancement.

the mission
the vision

I was post-menopausal and gaining weight fast. My sleep habits were rotten, healthy movement wasn’t even a thought, and I was struggling to find joy and purpose in my life.

It was time to make a change, so I jumped on a weight loss plan that helped me drop 30lbs in a few short months. And then I gained it back! I knew I needed more than just shakes and bars to sustain lasting transformation in my life. I was searching, I was seeking, I was knocking on every door I could think of.

What I discovered was there was deeper work that needed to be done. I needed the courage to address the fear, anxiety and loneliness I was experiencing-to get to the root of the problem so I could bear fruit in the seasons to come. It was then that I made it my life's mission to help myself and others find a path to sustainable change for a life of joy and freedom.

How we think, act, and feel about ourselves and the world around us plays a big role in the health and wellness of our future. My purpose is to help you take the steps that will give you the freedom to become the person you were always meant to be. Happy, whole and healthy.

My dream is to help others, like me, who feel lost and broken in today’s world by offering a safe space for healing and self-discovery.

He who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything.

Rachel
Hi there! I'm Rachel. My passion for wellness and nutrition has led me on a beautiful journey over the last 13 years; beginning in high school, I became fascinated with the incredible healing compounds in foods, and absorbed myself in the world of nutrition. I began college as a Nutrition & Dietetics major, and became interested in organic agriculture. I then graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in Horticulture Science, with a specialization in Organic Crop Production, as my mission was to grow organic, clean food for the local community. I went to work on various organic farms, and while this work was fulfilling in some ways, I eventually began to feel like something was missing; I wanted to interact with and serve people in a more impactful & intimate way. This desire led me to deepen my studies, and I went on to study healing through herbalism, and Ayurvedic nutrition & cooking over the next few years.

Now, I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, specializing in women's health, where I support and guide women towards balanced nourishment, vitality, and wholesome health. Having experimented with my own diet through being vegetarian, vegan, and an omnivore at different phases of life, I have experienced the medicine in each, and truly believe in listening to the wisdom of our body as it communicates what it needs. I believe there is not just one diet that fits all; we are ever-evolving multidimensional beings with different needs at different times. Additionally, I believe that health doesn't end at food; our relationships, emotional states, career, fulfillment, creativity, spirituality - they all impact us as much, if not more, than food itself. In fact, they are a kind of food. In coaching, we call these the spokes on the Wheel of Life, and we take everything into account, rather than isolating one from another. We're here to support you in your journey of discovery in creating your most vibrant, healthy life.

I was born and raised in south Florida, and I spend my free time at the beach, moving in nourishing ways, crafting delicious meals, becoming an interior design geek, buying more plants, connecting with aligned souls, traveling, and anything that lights up my soul! I'm also the owner of FLO Follow Your Bliss, a brand of holistic, clean self-care products.
